Clear Blue provided pre construction audits for Lucent Technologies on the Sprint ANM project throughout California. In addition, Clear Blue also provided construction services for Lucent’s equipment integration team throughout the project.

Clear Blue provides on going telecommunication services to the City of Phoenix. Provided services include tower inspections, tower maintenance, tower erection, tower decommissioning, microwave installation and repair, as well as in-building wireless solutions.

Clear Blue managed the construction of several cell sites for Nextel in the Phoenix area.
 
Cingular UMTS Shared Kit Installation–Tucson/Phoenix

Clear Blue completed the civil preparation on 32 sites to accept RXAIT installs as well as several TDMA consolidations, T1 extensions and low loss combiner installs.

Lucent Staff Augmentation
Clear Blue provides program and project level management to Lucent Technologies. As part of our ongoing staff augmentation project Clear Blue has provided staffing to Lucent Technologies on several different projects.
 
Hurricane Katrina Relief for Cingular Wireless
Clear Blue is proud of our contribution to Cingular through participation in the rebuilding process in Alabama and Mississippi. Antenna and line crews were provided to work on sites damaged by Hurricane Katrina.
 
Cingular UMTS Phoenix
Clear Blue is currently working closely with MACTEC as one of their premier vendors selected to assist with the completion of the Cingular UMTS Phoenix overlay project.

Clear Blue provides staff augmentation including; construction management, warehouse management personnel and administration staff. A wide variety of construction services are provided to the project. These services include, “Rip and Replace” sites, “Non-Diversity” configurations, installing racks with antenna sharing equipment, a full maintenance / tiger team to solve a myriad of technical issues, T-1 installation and testing, sweep testing and site trouble shooting.

Clear Blue provided staff augmentation in project management and construction management positions. Clear Blue also performed over 300 field surveys and audits for the project. Clear Blue has access to several high security sites and arranged access for MACTEC personnel and their contractors.

Sprint Mini to Mod Integration Project
Clear Blue provided a range of services to the Sprint Mini to Mod Project in the following markets: Baltimore – D.C., New York, New Jersey, Boston, Connecticut, Detroit, Philadelphia, Portland, Seattle, and Los Angeles.
A full suite of services including site audits, permitting, zoning, site acquisition, project management, construction management and construction services were provided to Mactec. Also serving as the East Coast Management team, Clear Blue organized and delivered approximately 3,000 successful equipment integrations. Clear Blue continues to support Mactec in finishing the remainder of the difficult sites in the project.
